Step 1: Download and Open the bKash App
Download the bKash app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the app and log in with your mobile number and PIN.

Step 2: Go to ‘Bill Pay’
On the home screen, scroll to find and tap the ‘Bill Pay’ option.

Step 3: Select ‘Internet’ as the Bill Type
Choose ‘Internet’ to make payment for your internet or Wi-Fi service.

Step 4: Choose Your ISP
Select your internet service provider from the list, such as Grameenphone, Robi, Airtel, or others. If you are Empowering Net (EPnet) user then choose ‘EPnet’.

Step 5: Enter Your Customer ID and Month
Enter the customer ID from your bill or obtain it from your ISP, and select the month for which you are making the payment. Make sure to double-check the details for accuracy.

Step 6: Verify the Bill Amount
bKash will show the bill amount. Make sure it matches the amount on your statement.

Step 7: Review and Confirm Payment
Check your details—ISP, customer ID, and amount. Tap ‘Pay’ if everything is correct.

Step 8: Enter Your bKash PIN
For security, enter your bKash PIN to authorize the payment.

Step 9: Get Confirmation
Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS and an in-app notification.

Step 10: Save the Receipt
Take a screenshot or note the transaction ID. You can also find it in your bKash ‘Transaction History’.
